Welcome to Torrance Compounding Pharmacy!

Torrance Compounding Pharmacy, Scarborough, Ontario, started in 1993 at the corner of Eglinton Ave. East and Torrance Street as a local community pharmacy in Scarborough. We are grateful to have our staff and our customers who continue to grow with us.

We moved to our current location in 2005. With the expanded area, we are able to serve our customers better.

As well as being a community pharmacy, our specialty is in two areas: customized medication compounding and community outreach.

Our mission is to provide excellent pharmacy services to our clients.
 

Medication Compounding

Customized medication compounding is the mixing of drugs or chemicals to fit the unique needs of a client. This may be done for medical reasons, such as to change the form of a pill or a tablet to a liquid or a trans-dermal patch, to avoid a non-essential ingredient that the client is allergic to, or to obtain the exact dose needed.

We offer customized compounded medications for both human and veterinary needs, prevention and wellness programs, natural therapy,  respiratory therapy, alternative therapies, impotence treatments, diabetic supplies, and a wide variety of home medical equipment.

High quality

We prepare customized compounds according to doctor's prescription and are able to prepare any dosage form, including gels, creams, lozenges, lollipops, rapid dissolve tablets, sprays, suppositories, capsules or syrups.

We use only high quality chemicals and state-of-the-art pharmacy compounding equipment.

We are able to compound unique dosage forms due to our staff’s unique knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical chemicals, their properties and comprehension of the management of different diseases.
